TES India launches India website for teachers and schools with 5 lakh lesson plans and resources

KOLKATA: TSL Education, publishers of the TES Magazine and world's largest network of teachers, today announced the launch of TES India - a new website for Indian teachers and schools.

The website, which is free to join and use, has been designed by teachers for teachers. It is home to more than 5, 00, 000 resources and lesson plans which have been mapped to the Indian K-12 education system by grade and by subject.

Besides resources for kindergarten, primary, secondary and higher secondary, TES India also offers learning materials for whole school and special needs such as cognitive impairment and dyslexia. In addition to these education resources, TES India also includes an educational jobs portal featuring opportunities in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Pune and other locations across India.

TES India is modelled on the global site, TES Connect, the world's largest network of teachers and home to more than 2.3 million teachers from 197 countries. Every week, teachers download more than 3 million resources from the site, which is around 5 downloads every second.
